P4 World Geography

Hello Bloggers!! How was your experience today? Students used a reading strategy called a GIST (generating interaction between student and text) to read and report information about our planet earth and its relationship with the sun. Some students explored time zones and why there are different ones. What did you learn that stuck?

    Today,in class we did a GIST.Our group did a GIST on Weather and climate.Our group is William,Reagan,Ra'Jarius,Dameyune,and Amerikia.We usually get though with our work but today they were talking alot.Thank you Miss Folwkes.Have a good day.

    I don't know what we have done on the paragraph i miss but i think we were talking about the core,mantle,and crust.The core is in the middle of the earth,The mantle is in the middle of the earth,and The Crust is the outside of the earth.That all we talked about for that day

    Today in class,we were listening to everyone's GIST.We had a 100,but our group lost 70 points cause we were talking to much.The lesson I learn that if you ar ein a group you should use your inside voice to talk.Otherwise your group had a 100 but it can drop down to a low grade.
